Описание: Текущие расходы, выраженные в процентах от прямых расходов в государственных образовательных учреждениях (учебных и непроизводственных) указанного уровня образования. Финансовая помощь учащимся и другие трансферты не включаются в прямые расходы. Текущие расходы покрываются в течение текущего года и при необходимости могут быть возобновлены в следующем году. Они включают вознаграждение персонала и текущие расходы, не связанные с оплатой труда персонала (например, на учебные материалы, вспомогательные услуги и администрирование). Разделите все текущие расходы в государственных учреждениях определенного уровня образования (например, начальное, среднее или все уровни вместе взятые) на общие расходы (текущие и капитальные) в государственных учреждениях того же уровня образования и умножьте на 100. Описание: Current expenditure expressed as a percentage of direct expenditure in public educational institutions (instructional and non-instructional) of the specified level of education. Financial aid to students and other transfers are excluded from direct expenditure. Current expenditure is consumed within the current year and would have to be renewed if needed in the following year. It includes staff compensation and current expenditure other than for staff compensation (ex. on teaching materials, ancillary services and administration). Divide all current expenditure in public institutions of a given level of education (ex. primary, secondary, or all levels combined) by total expenditure (current and capital) in public institutions of the same level of education, and multiply by 100.
