Датасет содержит данные о распределении бюджетных расходов на просвещение по категориям (всеобуч, дошкольные учреждения, политпросвет и др.) и регионам РСФСР, включая автономные республики. Информация представлена в контрольных цифрах бюджетов за 1935 год в тысячах рублей и охватывает как текущие расходы (включая заработную плату и не распределенные средства), так и капитальные вложения. Данные отражают приоритеты советской политики в сфере образования и культурного развития в предвоенный период.

Описание

The dataset contains information on the distribution of budgetary expenditures on education by category (universal education, preschool institutions, political education, etc.) and by region of the RSFSR, including the autonomous republics. The information is presented in the 1935 budget figures in thousands of rubles and covers both current expenditures (including wages and unallocated funds) and capital investments. The data reflect the priorities of Soviet policy in the sphere of education and cultural development during the prewar period.
